Common Website Design Questions

Regarding any of the  website design questions below,  please feel free to click on any of the Questions Names and a form will be created specifically for you to submit any further questions you may have pertaining to any of the suggestions we have given you.

1. How can I convey my ideas to the designer?

Once you have contacted us one of our representatives will email you a Design Questionnaire with questions related to your design needs. Fill this out and email it back to us so that we may prepare for our meeting. Once you meet with us, bring with you any text/images/brochures that are relevant to what it is that you need. If you know some websites that you like then write down the ‘www.’ addresses and bring them with you. This will give the all of us at the meeting a better idea of what you are looking for.

2. How do I contact you?

Call us on +6141 221 4842 or email us – click here we will arrange a meeting (either at our office or at your place of business) to discuss your needs. We are open 9.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday, and by appointment Saturday.

3. How do we make a decision on the design?

Regarding any website design questions relating to our design process, it is a Three-stage process:

Stage One:
The designer will give you three initial design templates based on your specifications derived from our meeting and your questionnaire, to set out the general structure of the page and decide on colour schemes etc.
Stage Two: Once you have received the three templates/ideas we have put together for you, you will then be required to chose the two best ideas that you think will best suit what you are looking for.
Stage Three: Once you decide what you like or don’t like regarding Stage Two, we can then work on your choice and arrive at the final ‘look’ for your site.

4. How many years have you been in business?

Between all our team members we have, collaboratively been in the industry for 20 years.

5. What is the procedure for the design process?

Once contacted by you, we then arrange a meeting to discuss your design requirements, and from this we will draw up a design plan together with a quote. There is no obligation at all at this stage. If you decide you would like to accept the quote we will require a deposit before we can get started.
